Founder & Senior Instructor
Aria brings 15 years of experience to her practice. She believes in making yoga accessible to everyone and teaches with a focus on mindful alignment and joyful movement, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Ben Carter
Vinyasa & Power Yoga Instructor
Ben's classes are energetic and empowering. With a background in anatomy, he guides students through strong, intelligent sequences designed to build heat and confidence, respecting individual capabilities.

Chloe Davis
Restorative & Yin Yoga Instructor
Chloe creates a nurturing space for deep rest and relaxation. Her soothing voice and gentle guidance help students release tension and connect with their inner calm, promoting profound well-being.
